i'm heading to Savannah this weekend for any of you'se i know who might still be there or care... so you best prepare for ULTIMATE MEDIOCRITY!!! because i bring only the goddamn BEST AVERAGENESS!

this month has been so comprehensivly draining, i don't even know how to describe it. i think i've gone all the way back around through madness to where everything is perfectly balanced. one more thing to come out of no where and I'll probably break.

so last week was fuck-all-turned-upside-down-crazy.... my father calls at 4am Saturday morning. my aunt who has been battling cancer for the last two years is on her deathbed. so i drove up to Tennessee Saturday afternoon. 8 miles from the house my car kicks itself out of fifth gear. so i have to drive the rest of the way strong-arming the stick shift into fifth. i get there and instead of a the chair my aunt usually sits in, is a hospital bed, i walk up and she immediately recognizes me, which is awesome. anyways, the car wouldn't be a BIG issue if i didn't have to be back in Atlanta that Monday to start work at my new job... so my dad decides that rather than pay more in repairs then the price of my car, he'd help me buy a new one. that Wednesday morning, my aunt passed away. she was a CEO at IBM and 44, she's survived by her 17 year old son, her husband, parents and brother and sister. the next day, i bought a brand new 2008 Honda civic.. Saturday we had a celebration of her life at their house, with more than 160 people attending. her son's friends even ferried people up their quarter mile drive way with two six-seat gas-powered golf carts. Sunday afternoon i drove home... Sunday was the first night i slept in a bed that week. next morning, up at 6:30 to report to work. that whole previous week i was supposed to be toning comic pages for Heidi, so now every night after work i need to come home and work on that, so i can get it done ASAP so she can get paid.

tomorrow is casual Friday. i can wear blue jeans.

i have a new car.

I'm broke.

AWA was great! i had a blast and did AMAZINGLY better then last year, whereas i made 130$ TOTAL last year, this time i made that in the first day. it was a happy surprise. everyone loved the futurama pic, and sold all but two copies of it. also everyone was very friendly and no one gave me a hard time about having "comic" stuff at an anime convention this year.

shared the table with me, and gave out ALL her dark crystal previews as well as sold all her cocktopus plushies.. she even had people coming up and asking for them when we ran out.

it was great seeing all our scaddie friends as always: , , , , , and others i can't remember right now...

DUH.. CATS () was there too, and he gave us sweets even AFTER his car exploded.

our table-neighbor was adorable too, very quite and she had her whole family there with her. and she made more monies then heidi or i. (thats some good english right there)

this week seems like it'll be full of busy fun to, heroes is tonight, reaper premieres tomorrow, drink & draw on wednesday, and boston legal and my name is earl on thurs. not to mention halo 3 will be out tomorrow.

also, MC CHRIS is playing at the roxy on the 1st here in atlanta.
